Sie startet bei uns als Senior HR Manager- Learning and Development – im Interview erzählt sie uns, was sie dazu getrieben hat, welchen Background sie hat und wie sie ihr Leben neben der Arbeit am liebsten verbringt.

Welche Position übernimmst du bei [at]?

I am starting as Senior HR Manager- Learning and Development. My main responsibilites are around talent development, especially in E-Learning creating learning pathways for our teams and employees.

Wie bist du auf [at] aufmerksam geworden?

I was looking for jobs in Europe and came across the position advertised on LinkedIn.

Wieso hast du dich für [at] entschieden?

The extraordinarily friendly team, open-culture and mid-size family feeling environment made [at] special in comparision to other job offers.

Worauf freust du dich am meisten?

The friendly environment at [at], the nice people, the events. Being able to change status quo and implement new tools and softwares to improve learning at [at] and generally being responsible for different areas of L&D and.

Was hast du vorher gemacht?

I was working as a teacher in Germany, then in 2017 moved to Australia to study HR Management. Alongside, I worked as a corporate trainer, recruitment consultant and then as a learning advisor at a University in New Zealand 

Wo bist du geboren und aufgewachsen?

I was born in Swabialand, in Schorndorf. I grew up outside of Stuttgart, on a farm, with lots of vineyards and close to the forest.

Was machst du in deiner Freizeit?

I have just completed a yoga teacher training. Hence, I enjoy yoga, am active in animal rescue, and love gym, swimming, dancing.

Was war dein bisher liebstes Reiseziel und wohin möchtest du auf jeden Fall noch reisen?

I love Australia, Sydney especially. I have always wanted to go to South Africa.

Was war als Kind dein Traumberuf?

I always wanted to be the first female in space or help ill animals as a vet.
