Munich start-up already top employer in Europe

European Business Awards - The data science consultancy Alexander Thamm GmbH now officially belongs to the elite of the European business world: As one of eleven winners, the Munich-based start-up was honoured for the second time at the "European Business Awardsaward". They were able to convince the expert jury in the category "workplace and human resources development".

The European Business Awards aim to support the development of a stronger and more successful business community in Europe. To this end, the best companies in 34 countries are awarded every year.

This year, Alexander Thamm GmbH was once again among the German winners and received the "Award for Workplace and Personnel Development". They were able to convince with their corporate culture, the working atmosphere and the collegiality among the employees.

"With us, every employee can contribute his or her own ideas and take on responsibility at an early stage. In addition, you can continue your education regularly with the help of training courses and online courses," explains Managing Director Alexander Thamm. "Because the secret of our success is in our great team." In their new office with a view over the city of Munich to the Alps, there is a fitness room, foosball, flexible working hours and regular team events.

"Corporate culture is often underestimated - but it is a decisive success factor for a company. Satisfied employees are motivated and therefore more productive," says Susanne Wolf, Chief Human Resources Officer. "Our employees are our most important asset."
