In our #InsideAT series we regularly present new employees. Today it's Anita Jochner's turn. She starts with us as Partner & Staffing Manager - in the interview she tells us what drove her to do this, what her background is and how she likes to spend her life outside of work.

What position will you take on at [at]?

I have been working in the Staffing & Partner Management team since 01.02.2022 and support my colleagues as Partner & Staffing Manager.

How did you find out about [at]?

Job postings from AT were suggested to me on LinkedIn.

Why did you choose [at]?

One of the reasons I chose AT was that the application process was a lot of fun. The interviews were super pleasant and appreciative, which immediately gave me a very good feeling about AT.

What are you looking forward to the most?

I am very much looking forward to learning new things and getting to know all my colleagues better.

What did you do before?

Before AT, I worked as a product manager for a tour operator for hiking and trekking holidays.

Where were you born and raised?

I was born south of Munich and grew up in a small village near Lake Starnberg.

What do you do in your spare time?

Whenever possible, I am always outdoors, preferably hiking in the mountains.

What has been your favourite travel destination so far and where would you definitely like to go?

Every trip so far has been a great experience and there is no place in the world where I wouldn't like to go once. I'm particularly excited about Nepal, the mountains are impressive and I could eat momos every day?

What is your favourite film / series?

It varies depending on your mood, but one of my all time favourites is definitely Pulp Fiction.

What was the last book you read?

The Monk of Mocha by Dave Eggers.

What could you definitely not do without in your travel suitcase?

Packing Cubes! I don't know how I ever travelled without them.
