In our #InsideAT series we regularly present introduces new employees. Today it's Brijesh Modasara's turn. He starts with us as a Senior Data Scientist - in the interview he tells us what drove him to join, what his background is and how he likes to spend his life outside of work.

I've always seen cool posts from [at] on LinkedIn.

Why did you choose [at]?

I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to a rapidly evolving company in the AI space and I feel that I can use my skills to the fullest.

What are you looking forward to the most?

I look forward to new challenges that can help me broaden my experience, build new working relationships and have the opportunity to progress within [at].

What did you do before?

I used to work as an algorithm developer at ZF Mobility Solutions GmbH.

Where were you born and raised?

I was born in Rajkot, a small Indian town and I also completed my schooling there.

What do you do in your spare time?

TRAVEL! I like to travel and hike. I like to explore small towns and hidden places that most people don't know about.

What has been your favourite travel destination so far and where would you definitely like to go?

I think Porto is my favourite destination. I would love to explore South America.

What is your favourite film / series?

Actually, there are many, but I am a big fan of Marvel Comics. I've seen all the films, behind-the-scenes videos and other videos about the film on YouTube. It's very fascinating for me.

What could you definitely not do without in your travel suitcase?

My camera.

What used to be your favourite subject at school?

Mathematics!

What do you always carry in your pocket?

My mobile phone!
