#InsideAT - Our new Senior Partner Manager Alina Dobrovolska

In our #InsideAT series we regularly present new employees. Today it's Alina Dobrovolska's turn. She starts with us as a Senior Partner Manager - in this interview she tells us what drove her to this position, what her background is and how she likes to spend her life outside of work.

What position will you take on at AT?

I started as a Senior Partner Manager at AT at the beginning of January 2022.

How did you become aware of AT?

The job advertisement on StepStone appealed to me. When I enquired about AT, I found the company's focus on data science and AI very exciting and the company values suited me.

Why did you choose AT?

The application process and interviews were remarkably pleasant and professional. The exchange with the team was very authentic. The company spirit was clearly noticeable. All in all, everything felt right and fitting.  

What are you looking forward to the most?

I am looking forward to the pleasant cooperation, the opportunity to develop myself and to meet great people. 

What did you do before?

I worked in IT recruiting for over 10 years.

Where were you born and raised?

I was born and grew up in Ukraine. I came to Munich when I was 22 and have spent half of my life here.

What do you do in your spare time?

Going dancing, cooking with friends, watching series, sewing clothes

What was your dream job as a child?

Figure skater - unfortunately there was no opportunity to train where I grew up

What is your favourite film / series?

The Big Bang Theory

What could you definitely not do without in your travel suitcase?

Dancing shoes - you never know where you can suddenly go dancing

What used to be your favourite subject at school?

Maths - but I was also lucky with the maths teacher
