Challenge

An innovative German bank wants to promote transparency towards its customers and employees. Furthermore, the activity in the online community is to be increased and recommendations for action are to be given to customers who are interested in certain products ("Wisdom of the Crowd" = orientation towards other customers). So far, developments about current key figures have not been communicated to customers or employees.

Solution

Determination and preparation of key figures and their historical development. Provision of the key figures in the database. Visualisation of the historical development of selected key figures in a QlikView dashboard for projection on internal screens.

Result

Increased transparency and identification possibilities for bank employees with the daily banking business. Increased transparency for customers and increased customer activity with regard to product purchases.
