Tableau training for an energy service provider

An energy service provider has used Tableau in one of its departments as a introduced a visualisation tool and would like to support its 8 employees in the  department to use this new tool. The majority of the Employee has only limited Tableau knowledge so far and requires therefore an intensive training.​

Solution​

A targeted, one-day training course is held for each employee. ​Training takes place on the basis of concrete problems. In order to achieve a targeted and individual training, the staff members deal with the of the energy service provider in advance with Tableau and develop a concrete list of questions to be worked through on the training day.
