Challenge

A large real estate company regularly carries out analyses on the location of properties and their key figures. This means a high manual effort, as the data can only be found in the reporting so far and no comparative analyses can be carried out. In addition, the mobility of the information presented is limited.

Solution

The Geodata are implemented in SAP BO. All information and key figures belonging to a property are displayed on the map and it is possible to filter according to various criteria. In the mobile version of the tool GeoMaps used.

Result

An interactive GeoMap application for the iPad, which contains the most important key figures for all managed real estate properties and which the real estate agents can also access at any time while on the road.
