A telecommunications company wants to use the log data in registration processes to identify user journeys and errors that occur. In addition, certain key figures from the registration process are to be calculated and visualised. There will be a Data model for extracting log data from the Hadoop infrastructure. The ETL process is implemented with the help of Hive. In addition, the key figures and user journeys are presented and a Pair programming takes place in a team with one of the client's employees.
The key figures and user journeys are visualised in a Tableau dashboard and can be analysed therein. A member of the client's staff is assigned to the Data Science Project coached.
