Then we are looking for you with immediate effect at our location in Munich as active support in Full-time for our founder, owner and CEO as an assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks

Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:

  • Professional organisation of our Managing Director's environment and support with strategic and operational tasks as Personal Assistant (m/f/d) - from the top management level to the operational level
  • Independent recording, prioritisation and processing of incoming communication and correspondence
  • Responsibility for the Agreement and coordination internal and external appointments and meetings 
  • Proactive preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences, video conferences incl. logging and action tracking
  • Responsibility for the overview and completion of open issues in close coordination with the management team 
  • Creation and preparation of illustrative Presentationsanalyses and decision templates in German and English language
  • Planning and booking of Business trips and the associated processing of travel expense claims 
  • Identification of Optimisation potential and participation in the implementation of best practices and the improvement of internal processes
  • Function as an interface between the Managing Director and the Marketing & Sales departments for all Marketing and sales-related topics of the managing director
  • Support and management of Internal projects to strengthen the corporate culture
  • Support with Agencies in the areas of Office Management and Assistants

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training, business studies or a comparable qualification   
  • Perennial Work experience as an assistant (m/f/d) to the management or as an assistant to a partner in a consulting firm 
  • Passion for new challenges and a high level of motivation, which is reflected in a high Quality of results reflects 
  • Capability Priorities and to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent organisational skills as well as a reliable and Structured way of working
  • Customer orientationindependence and adaptability 
  • Strong communication skills and a confident and friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work in a team and service-orientation
  • A good understanding of numbers and an affinity for digitalisation, data, AI and the use of IT systems desirable
  • High degree of flexibility and resilience
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) 
  • Experienced handling of the MS Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
