Your tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:
- Support with all administrative and organisational issues within the team and functional area
- Responsibility for coordinating and managing appointments and correspondence
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of client meetings and workshops
- Preparation and revision of presentations, minutes, statistics and documentation in German and English
- Planning and booking of business trips and travel expense reports
- Planning, realisation and follow-up of team events
- Project controlling and monitoring as well as independent maintenance of OKRs and KPIs
Your profile
Data is also in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of economics as well as comparable degrees
- Several years of professional experience as an assistant (m/f/d) with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as initial experience with Confluence and Jira desirable
- Independent work and a structured and pragmatic approach
- A quick grasp, attention to detail, discretion and organisational skills
- Representative, confident and friendly appearance
- Affinity for digitalisation, data, AI and the use of IT systems
- Strong communication skills in German & English as well as diplomatic skills
