We are looking for next possible date a visionary, empathetic and experienced leader to join our team as an Chief People Officer (m/f/d) strengthened. In this central role, you will not only lead a dedicated team, but also drive the strategic direction of the People Department - always in close cooperation with other departments - in order to promote and shape a holistic corporate development.

Your tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational HR Managementt including personnel planning, personnel support and development, recruiting & employer branding as well as compensation & benefits
- Further development, scaling and Efficiency increase All people areas and topics together with the management and the people team
- Impetus provider and sparring partner for and in the Management as well as for managers in all people topics
- Cost controlling and Budget responsibility for the entire people area incl. personnel cost analyses
- Accompaniment of the Change management and responsibility for internal communication
- Conceptual responsibility for the performance management process
- Structure Further locations in the DACH region and in Europe including the development of suitable internal processes and procedures
- Disciplinary and professional Leadership of approx. 15 employees (incl. team leaders)
Your profile
Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience in a strategic management function in the field of human resources in the professional services sector
- Several years of experience in values-based and strengths-based Staff management
- Experience in both strategic and operational human resources work along the entire Employee Life Cylces
- Accompanying a company in a strong growth phase
- Sound Knowledge of labour law Ideally in the entire DACH region
- Advanced knowledge in the field of Compensation & Benefits, Controlling and Performance Management
- Communication and Presentation skills at all levels including very good German and English skills
- Ability to work in a team and integrate with strong Social competence and experience in conflict management
- Cross-divisional thinking with a strong economic understanding as well as conceptual skills
