We are looking for you immediately at one of our German locations in Munich, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Berlin, Cologne or Frankfurt on the Main!
Your tasks
Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:
- You conceptualise varied and complex Concepts and Processes all aspects of information and communication systems that are optimised with regard to regulatory requirements (e.g. AI Act, VAIT, DORA, ESG)
- You advise and train the specialist departments on new and existing projects as well as on regulatory issues (e.g. AI Act, VAIT, DORA, ESG)
- You lead workshops and quickly understand customer requirements
- You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them in the development of data strategies
- You support in ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
- With increasing professional experience, you will also take on the technical management and responsibility of data strategy projects with a focus on regulatory affairs.
Your profile
Data is in yourDNA? You should bring that with you:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar qualification
- First professional experience in the field of business analytics, Data governance, data science or in a strategy consultancy
- ideally initial experience in the Finance and insurance industry
- Good basic IT understanding and interest in data architectures (data lake, cloud platforms)
- A confident demeanour and a good Communication skills for conducting customer interviews and workshops independently
- Very good analytical Skills and a strong will to develop consistent end-to-end concepts
- Experience in Project managementespecially with agile methods (SCRUM management)
- High level of commitment, flexibility and creativity as well as a strong ability to work in a team
- Very good German- and written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Understanding and points of contact with data catalogue tools (Collibra) and cloud engineering (Azure)
- Points of contact in reporting and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI)
- Ideally experience in working with JIRA/Confluence
