Are you looking for a new challenge as Executive Assistant (m/f/d) in the area of Sales & Marketing? Then we offer you the perfect solution with immediate effect to support our Chief Revenue Officer (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Germany (Munich, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Frankfurt a.M., Berlin, Cologne, Essen, Nuremberg) and thereby further advance the division and the entire company. 

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:

  • You organise the environment of our Head of Sales & Marketing from high-level to hands-on 
  • You support the team and the entire functional area in all administrative and organisational matters
  • You will be responsible for recording, prioritising and processing incoming communication and correspondence with the associated topics 
  • You arrange and coordinate internal and external appointments and meetings, including planning, implementation and follow-up 
  • You proactively carry out prioritisation and action tracking
  • You ensure confidentiality and an appropriate flow of information 
  • You prepare clear presentations, minutes and other documentation in German and English and follow up on them.
  • You support the comprehensible evaluation of sales data and the creation of reports for performance monitoring 
  • You are responsible for the planning and booking of business trips and the associated processing of travel expense reports 
  • You support and manage internal projects on various topics
  • You share responsibility for the quality of the data and ensure this on a permanent basis
  • You support new business development and sales strategies 
  • You identify optimisation potential and work on the implementation of best practices and the improvement of internal processes

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:

  • You have a degree in business administration, have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification  
  • You already have several years of professional experience in supporting managers and departments, preferably in sales.
  • Your knowledge of sales processes is sound 
  • You are reliable, structured and enjoy supporting others with your independent way of working 
  • You have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Your high level of attention to detail rounds off your profile   
  • You are completely familiar with MS Office applications and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems 
  • You bring a passion for new challenges, are motivated and want to shine with high quality results  
  • You are customer-orientated, adaptable and independent  
  • Strong team spirit and service orientation
  • You have a confident, representative and friendly demeanour 
  • Your strength lies in communication with very good German and English skills
