Then we are looking for you with immediate effect as support for one of our Tribes at one of our locations in Germany (Munich, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Frankfurt a.M., Berlin, Cologne, Essen, Nuremberg). Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include: 

  • You support with all administrative and organisational issues within the team and functional area 
  • You are responsible for the Appointment coordination and management as well as all correspondence 
  • You are responsible for maintaining the OKRs and KPIs of the Tribe and at the same time take on the Project controlling and the monitoring of data quality
  • You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of Customer appointments and workshops
  • You are responsible for the creation and revision of Presentationsprotocols, statistics and documentation in German and English language
  • You are responsible for planning and booking Business trips and Travel expense reports responsible
  • For our Team and Tribe Events you take over the planning, implementation and follow-up

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you: 

  • You can prove that you have successfully completed a degree or commercial training as well as comparable qualifications
  • You bring Several years of professional experience as an assistant (m/f/d) with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and initial experience with Confluence and Jira with
  • You work independently, structured and pragmatically on all challenges 
  • You are characterised by your quick comprehension, attention to detail and discretion 
  • You can quickly develop and prioritise different topics 
  • You have an affinity for digitalisation, data, AI and the use of IT systems
  • Your representative, confident and friendly demeanour rounds off your profile 
  • You are a strong communicator in both German & English
