We offer you the opportunity, with immediate effect full time as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at our location in Munich with our People Team to further professionalise the HR area and provide our employees with holistic support.
Your tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:
- Responsibleung for the Consultancy for managers in all personnel-related issues (guidelines, processes, personnel matters, etc.)
- Supervision of employees in the assigned group in all phases of the Employee Lifecycles
- Ensuring the Compliance with all labour law regulations and regulations as well as the application of all People processes and instruments
- Responsible for the Quality of identity documents at Circle of employees
- In case of substitution or as required, independent preparation of relevant Personal documents upon presentation (e.g. employment contracts, change agreements, employment references)
- Realisation from Personnel measures taking into account the country-specific, labour law provisions in close coordination with the respective supervisor of the department
- Responsible for the development, establishment and Further development of personnel guidelines, processes, tools and systems
- Proactive identification of opportunities for improvement in the People Partnering, proposing suitable solutions, managing improvement projects
- Ensuring a professional and positive Appearance of the People Partnerings and associated internal processes, guidelines and procedures on all relevant internal channels
- Narrow Cooperation with the entire People Team and other stakeholders in the company
Your profile
Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed economic science or Psychological studiesideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification. Education
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the HR department of a dynamic and international company, ideally in the IT sector or (IT) consulting
- Experience in the professional advice of managers and in the Realisation of Personnel measures
- Very good knowledge of German Labour law and practical experience in this
- Responsible and reliable way of working paired with a high degree of personal responsibility and team spirit
- Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience in working with our HR system Personio
- Ability to understand different interests and solution-orientated to unite
- Flexible working methods and Customer-centred thinking and action
- Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as a eresult-orientatedaccurate and structured Mode of operation
- Able to drive change in a proactive and positive manner and "Hands on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good Communication skills with very good German and English skills written and spoken
