Your tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:
- Independent processing of accounts payable
- Recording of digital and other invoices in the digital invoice receipt book
- IT-supported formal invoice verification
- IT-supported support and management of technical auditing by freelancers
- IT-supported account assignment and posting
- Master data maintenance
- Contact for invoice approvers for all questions relating to incoming invoices
- Support with general accounting activities
- Processing incoming mail
Your profile
Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in the field of accounting, ideally in accounts payable
- Conscientious and structured way of working with a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Quick comprehension and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and reliably
- Ability to work in a team, curiosity and openness
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
