Your tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:
- Support in the preparation of quotations and Offer presentations including participation in customer meetings
- Arrangement of Customer appointments with direct internal and external coordination
- Prepare, Logging and follow-up of customer appointments
- Quality assurance and maintenance of master data in the CRM system
- Coordination of Customer references and mapping of these in our database
- Maintenance of internal websites and Sources of information
Your profile
Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Enrolled in a degree programme with a focus on business administration, computer science or similar, ideally you have already completed the first semesters
- First experience in sales desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Enthusiasm and an independent, reliable way of working
- Conscientiousness, flexibility and curiosity to expand your knowledge
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English
