We offer you the opportunity with immediate effect as Recruiter (m/f/d) / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), at our location in Munich, to help us jointly identify and attract the best talent for AT.

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:

  • You responsible the entire Talent acquisition process of your department
  • You are the first Contact person for our Hiring Managers (m/f/d)accompany them through the entire selection process in an advisory capacity and manage it
  • Active Sourcing is fun for you and you can empathise very well with the different target groups
  • Attractive Job openings You work together with the specialist department to effortlessly design and identify the right sourcing channels and approaches
  • For you an optimal Candidate Experience for your candidates in focus
  • You screen applications, manage Interviews (by telephone, video or in person) and manage our applicant management system 
  • Selected Key figures of the Talent Acquisition department, you regularly provide the department with 
  • You support the organisation of specialist and Recruiting eventsinitiatives and internal HR projects
  • Together with the Talent Acquisition Team you will develop innovative ideas and new concepts for our Talent Acquisition and implements them
  • In close cooperation with the marketing department, you will support the development, coordination and implementation of Personnel marketing measures
  • Together with the marketing team, you will be responsible for the expansion and further development of our Career website

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:

  • You have completed your economics degree Study or a comparable Education Successfully completed
  • You already have Several years of professional experience in the area of talent acquisition, ideally in the Active Sourcing at IT area
  • You are personally convincing through your Strong communication skills and manage to inspire candidates
  • Proactivity and a "Hands on"-mentality characterise you 
  • Machine learning, Python or AWS don't make you break out in a cold sweat
  • An independent and target-orientated way of working and entrepreneurial thinking round off your profile                                      
  • You have very good MS Office skills and ideally experience in working with our HR system Personio
  • You don't shy away from the occasional presentation and feel at home both in and out of the office. German so also in the English spoken and written probably
