We offer you the opportunity with immediate effect as Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with focus on Events & Community as a parental leave replacement for a limited period of 2.5 years at our location in Munich to take off

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday lives. Your challenges are:

  • You are jointly responsible for the Expansion and construction our marketing, community and event measures to support our strategic goals 
  • You work effectively within our Project management processes and help to develop them further 

Community Management 


  • You continuously maintain and expand the [at] Network and develop concepts and (event) formats for the development and expansion of the [at] community 
  • You create analyses and evaluations of the community and develop concepts for addressing target groups 
  • You will position our [at] speakers and experts at relevant events and take care of our Speaker requests 
  • You are the interface to Associations and organisations, Coordinate joint activities and further expand cooperation 

Event and podcast management  

  • You will be responsible for the conceptualisation, budgeting, production, implementation and evaluation of internal and external events 
  • You are responsible for researching and obtaining quotations as well as Coordination with relevant service providers and service partners 
  • You take over the project management for our podcasts "Back to the Future of AI" and "Nail with Heads" and take care of guest management 
  • You pay attention to the clean use our CI as part of all event & community projects

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you: 


  • Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably with a focus on marketing or event/project management 
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in event and/or community management
  • Your affinity for data and AI with the willingness to broaden your horizons in this area characterise you
  • You are a networking professional and have excellent communication skills 
  • You are known as an organisational talent with personal responsibility and a thorough way of working
  • You are curious, open-minded and a team player 
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
