We are looking for you immediately at one of our German locations in Berlin, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Munich, Cologne or Frankfurt on the Main!

As a Senior Consultant focussing on Regulatory & Compliance, your main responsibility is to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for data and artificial intelligence in the financial sector. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and technical implementation by working closely with cross-functional teams. In the MLOps-focussed team we are responsible for the following:

Your tasks

Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:

  • Maintain an update on regulatory developments in the area of data and AI in the financial sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes for AI initiatives to increase customer confidence
  • Guiding technical teams in the development and implementation of AI algorithms and models
  • Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications to ensure seamless integration and address customised needs

  • Carrying out risk analyses and implementing corrective measures to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Stay up to date on regulatory developments related to AI in banking and insurance

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, law, computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years Experience in regulatory affairs with a focus on AI in the Financial services sector
  • In-depth knowledge of AI regulations and best practices in the banking and insurance industry
  • Proven experience working with engineering and data science teams on AI initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical aspects of AI systems and translate regulatory requirements while aligning with client objectives
  • Excellent Communication- and interpersonal Skillsto communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts to customers
  • Ability to lead regulatory compliance initiatives in a dynamic environment while strengthening client relationships
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their operationalisation
  • Very good English and German-knowledge, verbal and written
  • You set realistic deadlines and stick to them, you are highly organised and understand how to set priorities
