As a Senior Consultant focussing on Regulatory & Compliance, your main responsibility is to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for data and artificial intelligence in the financial sector. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and technical implementation by working closely with cross-functional teams. In the MLOps-focussed team we are responsible for the following:
Your tasks
Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:
- Maintain an update on regulatory developments in the area of data and AI in the financial sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes for AI initiatives to increase customer confidence
- Guiding technical teams in the development and implementation of AI algorithms and models
- Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications to ensure seamless integration and address customised needs

- Carrying out risk analyses and implementing corrective measures to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Stay up to date on regulatory developments related to AI in banking and insurance
Your profile
Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, law, computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years Experience in regulatory affairs with a focus on AI in the Financial services sector
- In-depth knowledge of AI regulations and best practices in the banking and insurance industry
- Proven experience working with engineering and data science teams on AI initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical aspects of AI systems and translate regulatory requirements while aligning with client objectives
- Excellent Communication- and interpersonal Skillsto communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts to customers
- Ability to lead regulatory compliance initiatives in a dynamic environment while strengthening client relationships
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their operationalisation
- Very good English and German-knowledge, verbal and written
- You set realistic deadlines and stick to them, you are highly organised and understand how to set priorities
