Would you like to gain experience in working in the entire HR environment and be able to contribute your ideas? Then we offer you the chance from immediately at our location in Munich to support our team. 

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:

  • You take over the First viewing of candidates and the coordination of job interviews
  • You help us with the Creation of contractscontract amendments, certificates and attestations as well as other personnel documents
  • Together with the team, you are responsible for the care and Updating personnel filesHR databases and systems
  • You work supportively on HR projects including in the areas of performance management and learning & development  
  • You research on various HR topics (e.g. career websites, HR tools, labour law)

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? You should bring that with you: 

  • You are enrolled in a business degree programme, ideally with a focus on human resources 
  • You have First practical experience collected in the area of personnel
  • At Dealing with Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) you have experience and a desire to use other tools 
  • You enjoy it all facets of personnel work and to get to know the HR processes steadily increasing optimise
  • Very good Communication skills in both German and English round off your profile
  • You enjoy working on your own initiative, have a reliable way of working and hands-on mentality
