Start date

We are looking for you to start immediately at one of our locations (Munich, Leipzig, Cologne, Frankfurt a.M., Stuttgart, Berlin).

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include: 

  • Support with all administrative and organisational issues within the team and functional area 
  • Responsibility for appointment coordination & management as well as correspondence 
  • Planning, implementation and follow-up of client meetings and workshops
  • Preparation and revision of presentations, minutes and documentation in German and English language
  • Research activities for the operational and strategic support of the team and functional area
  • Preparation of travel plans and travel expense reports

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you: 

  • Successfully completed commercial training or completed studies as well as comparable degrees
  • Several years of professional experience as an assistant (m/f/d) with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as initial experience with Confluence and Jira desirable
  • Independent work and a structured and pragmatic approach 
  • A quick grasp, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Representative, confident and friendly appearance
  • Affinity for digitalisation, data, AI and the use of IT systems
  • Strong communication skills in German & English as well as diplomatic skills
