Your tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:
- Professional organisation of the environment of our CCO from high-level to hands on
- Recording, prioritising and processing of Incoming communication
- Responsibility for the arrangement and coordination of internal and external Dates and meetings
- Proactive Preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences, telephone conferences incl. logging and action tracking
- Responsibility for the overview and completion of open issues in close coordination with the management team
- Preparation of professional descriptive Presentations and evaluations
- Planning and booking of Business trips and the associated processing of travel expense claims
- Support and management of Internal projects to strengthen the corporate culture
Your profile
Are you an organisational professional (m/f/d), do you love variety and like to work with a lot of personal responsibility? Can you adapt quickly to new situations, work independently in a dynamic environment and keep an overview even in hectic situations? Then we are looking for you as an energetic full-time support for our Chief Customer Officer and his team!
You should also bring this with you:
- Completed commercial training, business studies or a comparable qualification
- Perennial Work experience Preferably as assistant to the management or as assistant to a partner
- Passion for new challenges as well as high motivation to perform, which is reflected in a high quality of results
- Reliable, structured and independent mode of operation
- Confident appearance and Strong communication skills with very good knowledge of German and English required
- Experienced handling of MS Office applications
