(Senior) HR Manager - Focus Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

We are looking for you with immediate effect preferably at our location in Munich!

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include: 

  • You independently design job profiles and create job advertisements in cooperation with the specialist department.
  • You are the first point of contact for our hiring managers and accompany them through the entire selection process in an advisory capacity.
  • You view the incoming applications, conduct initial telephone interviews and manage our applicant management system
  • Together with your team, you develop innovative ideas and new concepts for our recruiting and implement them.
  • You support the organisation of professional and recruiting events, initiatives and internal HR projects.
  • You develop an effective recruiting strategy for fast and sustainable company growth and implement it in practice
  • In close cooperation with the marketing department, you develop a personnel marketing strategy and coordinate all personnel marketing measures.
  • Together with the marketing department, you will be responsible for the expansion and further development of the careers site.

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed your studies (business administration with a focus on human resources, psychology or similar) or a commercial apprenticeship in human resources management
  • You already have relevant professional experience in recruiting and personnel marketing / employer branding
  • You know the relevant platforms and networks to find the best talent and retain employees
  • You are personally convincing with your communication skills and commitment as well as a structured and discreet way of working
  • You are analytically strong and have the necessary "hands on" mentality
  • Machine Learning, Python or e.g. AWS do not cause you to break out in a cold sweat
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory
