(Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for you with immediate effect Preferably at our location in Munich!

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:

  • Your main task is the end-to-end recruiting from the job advertisement to the hiring including salary negotiations for our senior area (especially executives/area managers).
  • You are the first point of contact for our hiring managers and accompany them in an advisory capacity through the entire selection process
  • Continuous expansion and optimisation of target group-specific and market-driven recruiting strategies, especially for the tech sector (job postings, active sourcing, recruiting events etc.)
  • Ensuring a convincing candidate experience and expanding and maintaining our talent pool
  • Cooperation and coordination with external service providers
  • Collaboration in internal HR projects such as employee satisfaction, occupational safety or process optimisation

Your profile

Data is in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed your studies (business administration with a focus on human resources, psychology or similar) or a commercial apprenticeship in human resources management
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in (tech) recruiting
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills are your hallmarks
  • Strong communication skills, creativity and empathy are a matter of course for you
  • You bring personal responsibility, a structured way of working and the ability to work in a team with you
  • Machine Learning, Python or e.g. AWS do not cause you to break out in a cold sweat
  • Experience in the field of international recruiting is desirable
  • Business fluent German and good English skills are mandatory
