Your tasks
Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:
- Search management for new resource requests
- Support for profile requests for tenders
- Creation of staffing evaluations and controlling support
- Support with the introduction of the new staffing tool
- Support with process descriptions & documentation
- Data maintenance in various systems (JIRA, Pipedrive, Confluence)
- Maintenance and updating of employee profiles (skills management)
Your profile
Data is also in your DNA? That's what you should bring with you:
- Enrolment in a business or technical degree programme (business administration, project management, business informatics, etc.)
- Sound knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- You already have some experience in communicating with stakeholders
- Independent working style, high flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of one or more of the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, Pipedrive are desirable
