Senior Principal Data Strategist
Marc Feldmann is a senior principal at AI consulting firm Alexander Thamm. Building on over 10 years of experience, he helps chemical firms in Europe leverage data and AI—in procurement, R&D, production, sales, and support functions. In this role, Marc partners with industry leaders to originate business-driven data and AI programs and builds teams that deliver these programs with technical excellence. Previously, Marc was a senior associate at PwC and a financial data analyst in the chemical industry.
Marc’s expertise on AI in the chemical sector has been featured in industry magazines such as CHEManager, Chemical Industry Journal, and C&EN. He has been an invited speaker, inter alia, at the German Chemical Industry Association (VCI) and the German Society for Policy Advice (de’ge’pol). Marc also serves in the management team West of the German Data Science Society. He holds a PhD in management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
