    Munich, 22.04.2026. More than 500 participants from 9 countries, representing 157 companies and institutions, came to Munich on April 15 for the Next Level AI Conference (NAICE). Under the motto “The Real World of Agentic Business,” the event focused above all on one key question: Where can Agentic AI already create real added value for companies today?

    Aiming to separate AI hype from real-world opportunity, a total of 16 speakers from a range of industries shared practical and critical perspectives on where and how Agentic AI can create tangible business value. Represented organizations included BMW, Siemens Energy, Deutsche Bahn AG, ALTANA AG, Sartorius, the European Central Bank, AOK Nordost, Novagentica, and BavariaDirekt, among others. This makes the conference one of the larger AI events in southern Germany.

    The conference program was complemented by hands-on workshops hosted by sponsors Ab Initio, Qlik, EPAM, Dataiku, Denodo, and Birds on Mars. Baiosphere was also represented on site as a partner of [at].

    For the sponsors as well, personal exchange played a central role alongside the expert program. “Physical spaces are essential. It is only in face-to-face moments that meaningful exchange happens,” said Florian Dohmann, Founder and CEO of Birds on Mars and a NAICE sponsor.

    Following the success of NAICE 2026, Alexander Thamm [at] is already anticipating next year’s conference. NAICE 2027 will continue to expand the network and further deepen the exchange around practical AI applications in business.
