Wertstatt 8 GmbH – the innovation vehicle of Upper Austrias main utility, Energie AG – is looking to make information about sustainability more accessible to its customers and the wider public. Their goal is to offer users the opportunity to gain quick and comprehensive insights into sustainability and encourage the adoption of sustainable habits in everyday life. One of the key challenges lies in bringing together the vast amount of information, sources, products, and brands related to different aspects of sustainability into a single, user-friendly platform that eliminates the need for time-consuming research.

Be more productive with Agentic AI

Our solution to this challenge is the Zusa App, a standout example of the potential of Agentic AI. Unlike traditional LLMs or chatbots, where users interact with a single bot (or agent), Zusa employs multiple specialized agents that collaborate to address and resolve user queries. Each agent utilizes different tools that grant them access to interfaces like product- or knowledge databases.

The accuracy of Zusa’s output is ensured by two key factors: Zusa relies on verified information from trusted authorities and institutions, and product recommendations are exclusively sourced from brands that produce and sell sustainable products.
