green.Musketeers

Our green.musketeers are a dedicated group of employees who regularly exchange ideas on topics related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability. With their passion and expertise, they advance relevant topics and work with subject matter experts to shape inspiring discussions. In doing so, they create value, not only for our company, but also for our clients by providing sustainable solutions and ideas. The green.musketeers are an essential part of our company philosophy and underscore our commitment to a sustainable future.

Our initiative [at] women is dedicated to strengthening the role of women within our company and beyond. Through regular workshops, we offer our female employees opportunities to further develop, build networks, and support one another. These workshops cover a variety of topics that foster not only professional development but also personal growth.

We also participate in Girls’ Day to give young girls insights into technical and scientific professions and inspire them to explore these fields. This commitment is part of our mission to encourage the next generation of women in science and technology.

Another important element of our initiative is “AT@School.” Through this program, we reach students directly in their schools to showcase the diversity of career opportunities and encourage especially young women to consider paths in traditionally male-dominated fields.

Our [at] sports team brings employees together to take part in a wide range of sports activities. These activities keep us physically active while also strengthening cohesion among colleagues. They help us work together as the best possible team every day and bring out the best in each other.
