Getting to Know HR

The first step toward a new job is a 45-minute virtual meeting with our HR team. During this conversation, you will get your first personal impression of [at] while we find out if we are a good fit for each other.

Technical Interview

In the next step, we will discuss the technical requirements of your potential job and assess how well your profile, interests, and professional experience match the position. Depending on the role, a recruiting case or coding challenge may be part of the process to evaluate your knowledge and skills.

We also want to understand how well your values align with our team and our corporate culture. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have. The interview will take place virtually or on-site at one of our offices, together with team members and department heads.

Senior Management Interview

For certain positions, we plan an additional meeting with a member of senior management. This interview can also take place virtually or on site at one of our offices.

Feedback & Next Steps
