Are you looking for an exciting challenge in Human Resources to contribute and expand your experience in Learning & Development? We offer you the opportunity, with immediate effect as HR Manager - Focus on Learning & Development (m/f/d) at our location in Munich with our People Team to further professionalise the topic of further training and to develop our employees holistically.

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:

  • You are Contact person:in for all Learning & Development (L&D) topics for all employees in the company
  • You stand by our Specialists and managers with adjacent L&D Topics provide advice and support and advise them on suitable learning formats, methods, tools and technologies
  • You actively shape the L&D offer at [at] by continuously developing it further, expanding it for specific target groups, managing it operationally and measuring the results
  • You take care of the Selection of seminars and training courses (e.g. face-to-face formats, e-learning, blended learning) and moderates Workshops & Trainings
  • You are jointly responsible for Revision of existing training courses and workshops for different groups of employees
  • You conceptualise processes and tools to improve our talent development
  • You create Learning content for our own training courses in the People area
  • You support your team in projects and other areas of HR

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics or psychology, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable training
  • You have several years Experience in the area of Learning & Development
  • Thanks to your expertise, you are familiar with the implementation and realisation of personnel development tools and processes, including E-learning and blended learning - formats
  • You understand it Different interests and to understand them in a solution-orientated unite
  • You convince with your Strong communication skills including a very good command of German and English and a good feel for people and situations
  • You work independently and Targeted and contribute to the team with great initiative
  • The handling of the common Microsoft Office solutions is familiar to you and you quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
