St. Gallen/Gossau, 23 April 2024 - Alexander Thamm Schweiz AG was founded in St. Gallen/Gossau in mid-March 2024.  

The company is a subsidiary of Alexander Thamm GmbH, or [at] for short, which was founded by Alexander Thamm in Munich in 2012. With its many years of experience, the Alexander Thamm Group has already helped a wide range of customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to increase their competitiveness through the use of artificial intelligence in over 2,500 data and AI projects.  

In addition to AI and data integration expertise, the company has domain experience, particularly in the finance & insurance, automotive & manufacturing, transport & logistics, public and retail sectors - including with many international customers with Swiss branches or headquarters. 

The management team in Switzerland 

Manuel Kesseler has been recruited for the position of Country Director and Daria Mühlethaler as Co-Country Director. 

Manuel Kesseler is a federally certified expert with 15 years of consulting experience in the field of data and AI and has already successfully built up team and portfolio structures for Orange Business Services and Q_PERIOR in Switzerland. At Alexander Thamm Schweiz AG, he is responsible for sales and business development, finance and controlling and will focus on customer consulting. 

Daria Mühlethaler has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and can look back on over 12 years of management experience at Swisscom and CREALOGIX in the areas of data, cloud, SaaS, APIs and microservices. At Alexander Thamm Schweiz AG, she focuses on optimising the portfolio of services and implementing services for Swiss customers. 

Make data work: generating added value from data 

Andreas Gillhuber, President of the Board of Directors of Alexander Thamm Schweiz AG and also Co-CEO of [at], is looking forward to new projects in Switzerland together with the local management team and adds: "Our customers have access to many years of consulting and implementation expertise in the area of data and AI implementation projects and we are now supporting them directly on site.
