#InsideAT - Our new Junior HR Manager Katharina Dietl

In our #InsideAT series, we regularly introduce new employees. Today it's Katharina Dietl's turn. She starts with us as a Junior HR Manager - in this interview she tells us what drove her to join us, what her background is and how she likes to spend her life outside of work.

What position will you take on at AT?

Katharina Dietl: I am taking over the position as Junior HR Manager.

How did you become aware of AT?

Katharina Dietl: I am on AT about the Job advertisement attention.

Why did you choose AT?

Katharina Dietl: The decisive factor for my decision for AT was the first impression, the open Atmosphere and the area of responsibility.

What are you looking forward to the most?

Katharina Dietl: Most of all, I'm looking forward to great colleagues and interesting tasks.

What did you do before?

Katharina Dietl: I previously did my Master's in Business Psychology and worked in the field of human resources development / talent management.

Where were you born and raised?

Katharina Dietl: I was born in Eichstätt and grew up there and in Regensburg.

What do you do in your spare time?

Katharina Dietl: In my free time, I like to do sports, spend time in the kitchen cooking or baking and learn about new cultures and countries by travelling.

What has been your favourite travel destination so far and where would you definitely like to go?

Katharina Dietl: I don't have a specific favourite travel destination, I always like to travel to new places. I would definitely like to see Costa Rica, South Africa, the USA and Scandinavia.

What are your three most important work utensils?

Katharina Dietl: My most important work utensils are my laptop, phone and my head.

What was the last book you read?

Katharina Dietl: The last book I read was "Homo Deus" by Yuval Noah Harari.

What could you definitely not do without in your travel suitcase?

Katharina Dietl: In my travel suitcase there is always a mobile phone with enough memory for photos and clothes.

What used to be your favourite subject at school?

Katharina Dietl: My favourite subjects at school were maths and sport.

What would you get up for in the middle of the night?

Katharina Dietl: I would also get up in the middle of the night for family and friends.

What do you always carry in your pocket?

Katharina Dietl: My mobile phone, wallet and keys are always in my bag.
